Sadie leads operational execution and post-acquisition integration across the Clearbrook platform. Sadie is responsible for stabilizing teams, implementing scalable systems, and preserving service quality during transitions. Mike Kovar, CPA, CFA — M&A Financial Lead

Mike oversees financial strategy and capital discipline for Clearbrook Animal Health. He is a nationally recognized finance executive with senior CFO experience in PE-backed and regulated environments, including complex capital structures and acquisition-driven growth. His background spans treasury, FP&A, risk management, investor reporting, and M&A advisory. Mike ensures conservative leverage, strong DSCR performance, and institutional-grade financial controls, providing lenders and stakeholders confidence in underwriting, governance, and long-term financial stewardship.
Amy Kluesner — M&A Attorney Lead

Amy leads legal strategy and transaction execution for Clearbrook Animal Health. She brings over 14 years of senior M&A and corporate governance experience, advising both acquirers and sellers in transactions ranging from $1MM to $500MM+. Her experience includes healthcare platforms, founder-led service businesses, and complex multi-entity structures. Amy manages transactions from LOI through closing, overseeing due diligence, deal structure, and documentation, while ensuring lender compliance, risk mitigation, and clean, execution-ready closings.
Wendy Noll, DVM — Veterinarian & Industry Advisor

Dr. Noll brings over three decades of veterinary and grooming ownership experience and has worked closely with large, multi-location veterinary platforms during periods of acquisition and consolidation. She served in senior clinical leadership roles supporting post-acquisition integration, where she was directly involved in aligning medical standards, onboarding teams, stabilizing operations, and ensuring continuity of care across acquired practices.
